Sandy Ridge Cottages - Lot Sales

The Saskatchewan Landing cottage development is located in the Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park on the banks of Lake Diefenbaker, 30 minutes north of Swift Current and two hours south of Saskatoon.  The Park itself contains over 250 campsites, a campground store, Laundromat, washrooms and showers.  We also have a Marina with slip rentals, a well developed 18 hole championship level grass greens golf course with clubhouse & restaurant, as well as an 18 hole mini golf course at the marina. The cottage development (Sandy Ridge Cottages) consists of 50 lots, all of which have been sold.  Roughly 50% permanent residents and 50% seasonal residents.    All lots have access to year-round water, power, gas, high-speed internet and telephone hook-up.   Swift Sanitary comes out from Swift Current every other week to pump sewers for a very reasonable fee.  The development has paved streets and many paved walking paths in and around the development.
